Also in Stylized Complete (22 packs, $39.99).

A low-poly container port whose cranes load the ship. 110 props in a muted, stylized look, their textures made in code: a quay edge that drops to the water, its apron and crane rails, the yard's asphalt and markings, containers of every common kind, a ship-to-shore crane that lifts a box onto a feeder ship, an RTG that stacks one, a straddle carrier and a reach stacker, a terminal tractor and its chassis, a tug, the gate with its barriers, pass kiosk, camera portal and weighbridge, fences, bollards and fenders, buoys and a pier light, high masts, a cargo shed, signs and the quay's clutter, and 28 machines whose parts move when they're used. In GLB, FBX and OBJ, with a Godot addon and a terminal at night to walk.

Try it first: click Run asset pack above and walk the terminal in your browser: take the HV key and the gate pass from the gatehouse, turn on the supply, swipe through the gate, stack a box with the RTG and start the cranes loading from the cargo shed. WASD and the mouse, E uses things, F for a torch.

Goes with Low Poly Industrial Facility and the line's other kits: the same 2 m grid, 4 m storeys, look and textures, so the works can stand behind the quay.

What's inside

  • The quay and the yard (15): the quay's edge over its wall, with a ladder and round its end; the apron plain, worn, lined and with a crane rail, the yard's asphalt plain, patched, with a lane line, a container slot's corner and a crossing, both in 8 m squares too, and dock water.
  • The cargo shed (8): slate-blue sheeted walls, plain and rusting, a doorway, a bay and a post, the roof, the roller shutter and its control.
  • Containers (15): twenty foot boxes in red, blue, green and grey, forty foot in orange, teal and brown, a high cube, a reefer with its fan, an open top under its tarp, a flat rack, a tank, a twenty and a forty whose doors open, and a twistlock.
  • Cranes (6): a ship-to-shore crane 37 m tall with a 30 m outreach, an RTG over three rows and a lane, the crane desk and the RTG's pendant, a rail stop and a spare spreader.
  • Vehicles and ships (7): a straddle carrier, a reach stacker, a terminal tractor, forty and twenty foot chassis, a 48 m feeder ship with hatch covers to stack on, and a tug.
  • The gate (12): a gatehouse, the canopy over two lanes, barriers, the pass kiosk and its pass, traffic lights, a camera portal, a weighbridge and its display, palisade and weld-mesh fences and a sliding gate.
  • The waterside (11): a bollard and bitts, cylinder, panel and tyre fenders, a lifebuoy, a mooring line, a mooring dolphin, red and green buoys and a pier-head light.
  • Lights and services (10): a 25 m high mast, a quay lamp, a wall flood, a camera pole, a beacon, the substation and its HV key, a reefer socket post, a hydrant and a hose cabinet.
  • Signs (10): speed, overhead loads, hi-vis, barrier stop, the terminal's board, a yard block marker, restricted area, the shed's name, a lifebuoy plate and high voltage. A made-up terminal's, with no real port's, shipping line's or container owner's marks.
  • Clutter (16): export crates, drums on a pallet, a cable reel, a steel coil, pipes and timber, a twistlock stillage, lashing bars, mooring rope and chain, interlocking blocks, delineator posts, a bin, carrier tyres and dunnage.
  • 28 working machines: the cranes move their boxes, the straddle carrier and the reach stacker lift theirs, the barriers rise, the sliding gate runs aside, the shutter rolls up, the pass swipes, the HV key turns, container doors swing open, the cameras pan, the reefers' fans spin and the lamps, masts, screens and signals light with the power. The moving parts are separate objects, so your code can drive them too.
  • A demo terminal to walk at night: the gate and its road, the yard with its RTG block, reefers and the cargo shed, and the berth where two cranes work a feeder ship.
  • Seamless textures (the quay's concrete, its wall, asphalt, the shed's sheeting; 128 px a metre) as their own PNGs, for your own geometry, and an icon per prop.
  • One 2048x2048 texture atlas for the whole pack, filtered with mipmaps, the occlusion baked into the vertex colours, real-world scale.

One script, every machine

Each prop that works carries the same script, set up for it: a switch, a keypad, a slot that takes an item, an item to pick up, or a machine that's powered. A machine is powered while everything it needs is live, so the cranes need their desk, the desk needs the substation and the barrier needs the pass kiosk. It says no when it's unpowered or wants an item, and its signals tell your game what happened.

Built on a grid

Everything snaps to a 2 m grid: a floor covers a 2 x 2 m cell, a wall is 2 m long and 0.25 m thick, and the quay's edge stands on its cell's south side with the water 2.5 m below. Low Poly Industrial Facility's pieces snap to the same points.

Godot 4.3 to 4.7

An addon with a scene per prop: box colliders on every part (a gate's move with it), an AnimationPlayer where it moves, machine.gd on every prop that works, one lit material, and a gallery with the terminal to walk. Tested on Godot 4.3 and 4.7, on Forward+, Mobile and Compatibility.

# desk, crane: the props in your level
crane.needs = [crane.get_path_to(desk)]
crane.switched.connect(func(on): print("loading ", on))
desk.use()

Other engines

GLB, FBX (animations as takes) and OBJ, one file per prop, with the atlas, and the whole pack in one .blend with the terminal as its own scene. The machines' script is Godot's; elsewhere the animations are there to play.
